The AdvanceLab H-frame Lab Benches
H-frames are highly stable structures, which are eminently suitable as supporting structures for work surfaces or storage areas. A bonus with this bench frame is that underbench cabinets can be added as required, regardless of the grid dimensions. They can be individually incorporated, suspended or flexibly moved from side to side. The bench frame also comes in various widths, depths and heights, enabling the laboratory benches to be adapted as required.
The AdvanceLab Pro® Bench
The AdvanceLab Pro® laboratory benches are floor mounted design, flexible and allow modification at site with a 'sliding knee space' concept. Construction uses electrogalvanised steel sheets with heavy epoxy powder coating. Quality hinges, door handles and drawer pulls lend to durability and years of trouble free use.
They offer two benefits in one, as they can be used as both a bench frame and storage area in the laboratory. To provide this, two or more than two underbench cabinets are combined with a worktop of the customer’s choice. Laboratory benches of this kind are extremely stable and well equipped for all types of laboratory work. The underbench units and worktops come in a wide range of dimensions.
The AdvanceLab General Purpose Fume Hood with Wet Scrubber
AdvanceLab General Purpose Fume Hood is for customers' daily applications. Fumehood when sized with an appropriate chemical resistant centrifugal exhaust fan will protect laboratory staff from exposure to harmful fumes.
AdvanceLab Wet Scrubber MINILAB including -Mini Scrubber (mm) 600 x 600 x 800; -Holding tank (mm) 1000 x 500 x 500 are designed to remove water-soluble compounds from exhaust streams.
Gas taps and Water taps
Tapware we use are designed and developed to meet the requirements of modern laboratories and are specifically for use with potable water supply. Made of solid brass pressings alongside high quality brass tubes, both closely monitored by the Quality Control department to ensure problem free machining. Brass parts are CNC machined to close tolerances to ensure product quality and are in line with international standards. Joints are brazed using 40% silver, giving strength and enhancing appearance.
All the water fittings use brass headwork to give longer lasting operation. Handles are ergonomically designed and injection moulded in chemical resistant polypropylene in accordance to DIN colour code standards. Each and every water fittings undergo state of the art hydrostatic testing at 10 bar (145 psi) to ensure product quality and leakage free operation. All laboratory fittings are tested to BS EN 5412 : 1996 which include Water Tightness & Pressure Resistance.
