Fume Hoods and Exhaust Arm
AdvanceLab General Purpose Fume Hood is for customers' daily applications. Fumehood when sized with an appropriate chemical resistant centrifugal exhaust fan will protect laboratory staff from exposure to harmful fumes.
The AdvanceLab Exhaust Arms are made of polypropylene material, movable, and excellent point of use exhaust contron. An in-line fan or exhaust fan with duct system are available as option.
The Gas Distribution System and Gas Fitting
Pressure requirement, purity, type of control, sensors, gas piping selection, grade and type of materials are essential in the whole gas distribution design. These variables have to be carefully considered especially when if comes to corrosive, flammable and explosive gases. Any compromise on these factors could result in a shorter lifespan to equipment, downtime, and above all a hazard to the laboratory which could potentially result in dire consequences.
We are able to design and provide a full suit of integrated engineering solutions for up and downstream gas distribution systems.
Wall Benches and Island Benches
The AdvanceLab Pro® laboratory benches are floor mounted design, flexible and allow modification at site with a 'sliding knee space' concept. Construction uses electrogalvanised steel sheets with heavy epoxy powder coating. Quality hinges, door handles and drawer pulls lend to durability and years of trouble free use.
They offer two benefits in one, as they can be used as both a bench frame and storage area in the laboratory. To provide this, two or more than two underbench cabinets are combined with a worktop of the customer’s choice. Laboratory benches of this kind are extremely stable and well equipped for all types of laboratory work. The underbench units and worktops come in a wide range of dimensions.
