CALPAS-R2 foreign particle analyzer

The R2 system can create a powder layer with a thickness of about 40-50 microns, and forms a very stable optical laminar flow of powder thin film by applying wear-resistant materials such as tungsten carbide and zirconia. The CALPAS-R2 system conducts total image inspection at a very high speed (15 to 20 minutes/1 kg) for open particles moving at a speed of 300 RPM with a 10-megapixel high-resolution camera. Using CALPAS-R2 (Single Camera), you can analyze more than 50% of the analysis input sample.
